Great Armchair - shame as it dipsAnonymous reviewerThis is a great armchair. Love the colour. Love the style. Love design and shape. However there is an issue with the make or the design of the seating as after a few months use it dips. We had it replaced and the same thing happened.
Customer service was great and they replaced the item / exchange / refund without a fuss. The replacement was quick and easy - picked old and delivered new.

Fabric fits poorly over arms and front of seat pad - full of wrinkles even after 4 weeks. This chair is extremely uncomfortable too, it has ended up being an expensive large ornament as no one in the family will use it.
