Sticker peels of the patternAnonymous reviewerI have 8 shelves with the barcode stickers stuck so tight when you peel them off it pulls the paper thin patten off - you can then see just how thin the oak laminate is - very poor all will be returned
Chipped edgesAnonymous reviewerPax wardrobe looks impressive. Colour is nice, but most of Komplement shelves had chipped edges. Few were dirty with a sticky residue.
2 Shelves missingAnonymous reviewerthese are 2 shelves for the sliding pax wardrobes and they are missing.
ChipAnonymous reviewerSlightly chipped in front centre
Damaged itemAnonymous reviewerCorners are all broken , unableto assemble in the wardobe
ShelfAnonymous reviewerGood quality
ShelfAnonymous reviewerTough strong holds weight
Fragile and easy crashedAnonymous reviewerThe edges and corners were damaged- so soft
Good shelvesAnonymous reviewerThe larger 100cm shelves are quite a length but not suitable for heavy items or they start to bow in the middle so only use for lighter stuff.
The 50cms are very sturdy and strong and I have quite heavy items on them with no problems.
Chipped/ brokenAnonymous reviewerI received the shelves (5 pcs) all broken on the side. I have asked the tasker from the taskrabbit not to install it. It has to be changed and replaced. I would need a deduction from the assembly cost aside from replacing the product.
Good shelves bad deliveryAnonymous reviewerShelves v good and do the job, however arrived dented with smashed corners which slightly ruins the look of them.
QualityAnonymous reviewerFound that the white finish wasn’t as good as the same produce we have bought in the past , found on edges that the white was lifting and had to put these up high so you could see them
Chips on the shelfAnonymous reviewerOne of the shelves was chipped - took photos with task master (who installed it) if you need to see it. Tried to find link to report this on website but could not so putting a note on here
Shelf dark greyAnonymous reviewerThe label was stuck on had to scrub to get it off. Would be useful if the labels were low tack
Product damagedAnonymous reviewerThe package was fine. Product inside is damaged.
Cheaper flimsy fixingsAnonymous reviewerOrdered 4 of these shelves to go into two PAX wardrobes. Arrived in two separate DPD deliveries. One shelf followed by a package with three more an hour or so later.
Upon installing them when the plastic was removed you could see slight damage to the corners. No problem as it could be hidden. However, the plastic screw in fixings to hold the shelf in place were almost all damaged. About 15 were able to be used. The rest were just broken plastic shards in the packaging. I compared this with the product fixings supplied two years ago. Very cheap quality fixings provided now.
👍Anonymous reviewer👍
Very good Anonymous reviewerReally sturdy shelves
Saggy in no time at allAnonymous reviewerThe only positive I can say about these shelves is that they are cheap &
I suppose you get what you pay for.
The 50cms shelves are fine. I have lots that haven’t budged but the 100cms ones have all sagged.
I am re-buying/replacing shelves that are less than 2 years old, due to the originals sagging with hardly any weight at all (eg. duvets in an ikea Dimpa bag).
But the shelves regularly appear in the bargain corner at (surprise, surprise) bargain prices.
I have lots of Pax wardrobes so regularly replace the shelves as I spot them going cheaply.
Harrumph.
