IVAR mesh cabinet fits perfectly in IVAR storage system or alone on the wall. Spacious, durable and with a mesh net produced in a way which minimises the amount of waste during production.

Product details

The cabinet fits in IVAR storage system, but you can also use it freestanding.

You can adapt the inside when needed by moving the shelf up or down.

To minimise the amount of residual waste, small holes are punched in the metal which is then stretched until it eventually becomes a mesh net.

The mesh net is produced according to the "zero waste" principle, which involves minimal waste during production and that the material should be reusable after the product is used.

Beautiful cabinet!Anonymous reviewerI have two of these in Ivar wooden frames. I love the contrast of the wood with the white metal and I love the soft sheen texture. I put them together with the help of a fantastic video on YouTube which is 12.47 minutes long, 'Ikea Basics - Ivar Cabinet', much easier than trying to follow the written instructions. I've had one of these cabinets a few months now. They both went together very easily, everything lined up perfectly, a really brilliant design I think. The only thing that would make this cabinet even better, would be if it were possible to buy extra shelves. I bought two sets of fittings off ebay to hold the shelves and cut an extra shelf out of wood for each cabinet.5

Lack of shelving options internallyAnonymous reviewerThe product is attractive enough externally to look at, however its functionality lets it down; it would have been useful if further shelving could have been purchased so as to create a more usable space inside. We investigated purchasing some from IKEA but was told that it was not possible. As such a disappointing product, I would probably not have bought it if I had known of these issues2
