Product details

You can easily create your own personal pendant lamp by combining the cord set with your choice of lampshade.

Use a cord set to easily adjust the length of the cord for your pendant lamp. When the lamp hangs at the perfect height, gather the remaining cord in the ceiling cup and then mount it tight to the ceiling.

A hook is required which isn't included within the packaging, but can be purchased in store for 50p right next to the hemma product. I would upload a picture, but there's no option to do so. Hemma cord £4 and hook 50p - I think that's brilliant value for money!5

They're so easy to install, staying versatile by concealing surplus of the ample length of cable within in case the height requirement changes in future. I'm very pleased; such good value.5

Really disappointed with that to be honest, as I would expect Ikea to supply everything you need to install.1

OK Product... but doesn't come with all the bits!Anonymous reviewerI was surprised to find when I went to fit this light fitting, that not everything is included. I looked through the manual as usual and found no "Have you got" section for the hook that is clearly shown in the instructions but not included. You need a screw in ceiling hook which is also not available in store next to where these fittings are shelved. Its a bizarre setup to get you 95% there only to give you a surprise at the end! IKEA should make it clear that this is not everything to fit this product and that you need to see other products to complete the install.2
No ceiling fittingAnonymous reviewerI recently bought this product and another light and neither come with the ability to fit to the ceiling. You have to buy additional products which are not made obvious at the time of buying and staff who serve you do not mention it. Personally this will be the last light fitting I buy from IKEA. If you don't make it match with normal ceiling roses then you need to supply the hook so people can actually fit the light to their ceilings or as a minimum make people aware of the unusual circumstances that IKEA think is acceptable so they can pay the extra for the hook. What a joke of a system and a money grabbing exercise from IKEA2
Ridiculously complicated, went in the binAnonymous reviewerI thought I would need this fitting for the Regnskur lamp shade, but in the end I used the existing wiring and threw this in the bin. It is cheap at £4 but the cable is so long that it would almost reach the floor; you would need to connect live wires; it needs a ceiling hook that is not included; and there is a plastic loop device which I simply did not understand, no matter how long I looked at the instructions. Maybe it is just me, as others seem to like it, but my advice is to ignore this product, buy a standard light fitting and get an electrician to install it.1

Unfortunately you need to buy your own hook for the ceiling before you can proceed. Quality is also poor. cheap, flimsy plastic but you get away with it if hanging from a good height.1
