Versatile shelf for small spacesAnonymous reviewerI have four of these shelves now. Very useful for storing cosmetics and jewellery, for displaying small books and pictures , and for hanging photos and reminders.

Major issues with screw holes for the shelfAnonymous reviewerNice little item, but something seems off with the screw holes in the shelf itself. The allen key screws are just way too tight. One went in fully with only a little resistance, but the second screw's head snapped with about half a centimeter to go. Both were screwed in perfectly straight, so it definitely wasn't an alignment issue. I've never had this problem with other Ikea products. Lesson learned - read the reviews before purchasing.2
Hooks could be betterAnonymous reviewerLovely product and perfect for what I need. Only criticism is the quality of the small metal hooks on the front for hanging keys from. They're really small and made from a thin metal, so one of them actually snapped when I was screwing it in the front and I couldn't remove it. Luckily, I had scanned my IKEA family card when purchasing, so was able to exchange it for a new one no problem! 4
Hooks and screws far too tightAnonymous reviewerWe found it really difficult to get the wooden hooks screwed on properly, because they go in at an angle. The last one just would not go, and screwing only made the hook spin. You have to exert a lot of effort and strength and even then it didn't quite work. In the end we drilled a slightly larger pilot hole which may have helped. The metal hooks were also really very tight. We ended up not screwing them in completely since we'll only be hanging keys and it does look lovely now, but this could definitely be made better!3
Screw broke in product while assemblingAnonymous reviewerCan't even review properly as not even got to use. Screw snapped in product while assembling. Spoke to customer services and was told I need to go to a store to exchange. I live 1.5 hours away, not making a 3 hr round trip to exchange a £17 product. Now have a useless product and out of pocket, very disappointing.1
Doesn't go together wellAnonymous reviewerThis product doesn't go together well at all. Seems like the pilot holes just aren't deep enough. I was screwing in one of the hooks and ended up shearing the head off of it as it was so difficult to screw in. Same with one of the screws that hold the shelf. The screw head just snapped off. Really not impressed which is a shame as I haven't had any issues with IKEA stuff before. Would have been nice to include wall plugs and screws too.2
Perfect hallway shelf for keys and dog leadAnonymous reviewerI absolutely love this shelf, it’s really neat and the quality is top notch. It’s the perfect size in my hallway to hang keys and my dog’s collar and lead and to stand a cute box style picture frame on the shelf. Absolutely love it and found it quick and easy to put together.5
