Disappointing product for the price.Anonymous reviewerDecided to pay more for a quality product. This pillow does plump up nicely before bed but quickly goes flat during the night. As a side sleeper, I find I need at least two of these, despite being a pretty small human! Flat-packed pillows are perhaps not the way to go… I’ll purchase elsewhere in future.2

Plumps up easily after a great night's sleep. It does need a 'super plump' when it comes out of the packaging.5
Love this pillowAnonymous reviewerI like the way how you melt down when you place your head at it. Fortunately I did not have issue with the smell when I bought it, but when I washed it myself it started to smell. I sent it over to dry cleaners and they managed to get rid of the smell. I like it and have no problems with it. 4

A Scented LetdownAnonymous reviewerI bought this one and 5 FJÄDRAR cushion pads – they all smell really bad, like a wet dog. Airing outside didn't help. I can't return as I removed the labels too - what a waste of 110 quid.1
Disappointed. Anonymous reviewerBought the high version as needed new feather pillows and these seemed to fit our requirements.
They are really well made but are so dense that they have no give so sit like a lump under your head. Reminds me of sleeping at my Grandma's. Both my partner and I have given up on them even though we have made sure they were left to plump up before we used them and then again every day. Expensive fail, should have gone for the cheaper options.2

Extremely flat with smellAnonymous reviewerI’m writing this review when I should be asleep, due to this pillow. I thought I was buying something of higher quality due to the price but sadly that is not the case. It isn’t anything like what is advertised because it was sold to me as firm but I tell you now you cannot find a flatter pillow. To me, this is unusable due to the flatness but also it’s sour natural odour. sadly because I have used it I cannot return and refund.1

I woke and all I could smell was a really strong ammonia. It was the pillow. I had put a fresh protector and pillow case on, so not that. It was so bad I put the pillow in the spare room. At £60 I was not giving in so easily, so aired it for 36 hours. Sadly it still smells horrendously of urine. The other significant issue is how quickly it goes flat. It is supposed to be high fill, but definitely not. Seriously disappointed with this. I treated myself to a very expensive pillow, and I wouldn’t even give it to the neighbours dog to sleep on1

Expensive but not quite what's neededAnonymous reviewerThis is one of your more expensive pillows - hi 'loft' but it flattened too quickly. Very comfortable initially but needs lots of plumping up.4
One flat pillowAnonymous reviewerI do not have a high opinion of this pillow. Even after leaving the pillow out of the package for a couple of hours, it is still a very flat pillow and not comfortable on the neck. £60 wasted.1
