Noticed some time ago that the fronts of the boxes were coming loose and have now come off completely. Turns out the long metal rail that runs the length of the bed has bent/bowed downwards and is bearing down on the sides of the storage boxes causing resistance when opening the drawers - resulting in the fronts loosening and coming off. This is a bed in a spare room and has had minimal use. As for a guarantee or warranty - there doesn't appear to be one beyond the standard IKEA bring it back within 365 days if you are not happy. A lightly used bed should not be bending in the middle after 4 years. Poor, poor, poor. 1
The storage is broken after light use. Anonymous reviewerThe bed is ok, but the storage underneath is terrible. You cannot pull the drawers open without pulling the front panel off. The design is really bad and poor quality. I have had to use extra timber and additional screws and brackets from screwfix to fix them. The material covering also stains easily and cannot be cleaned 1

😒Anonymous reviewerThis is the worst bed I've ever bought in my life. It is such a waste of money the headboard it's shaky and looks very cheap. The drawers come undone every time I try to open them. Bits of material flying all over the place, I've even had to use my own nails to try keep the thing attached which does not work. I would stay away from this bed at all cost.1
