This sofa converts quickly and easily into a spacious bed when you remove the back cushions and pull out the underframe.
Sofa, chaise longue and double bed in one.
Storage space under the chaise longue. The lid stays open so you can safely and easily take things in and out.
You can place the chaise longue section to the left or right of the sofa, and switch whenever you like.

Took a while for daughter and I to “build”, but instructions were quite clear and we used online videos for confirmation when not sure as went along. Physically ok to build. Happy with quality and material. Easy to switch from sofa to bed and vice versa. Also has sone storage space. Very happy with the item. Needed to purchase the cover for back cushion which went nicer the mattress pad separately. This was a bit confusing at time of purchase and not in stock in the branch we ordered sofa from so had to order that separately online.

Friheten sofa bed with chaiseAnonymous reviewerI find the sofa very functional but I regret it has become very tire looking I was hoping to be able to get covers for it! It hardly gets used but the material looks terrible.
Ours is in Spain and we are the only holiday users and only slept in a handful of times. Please ikea look at doing covers for this nearly all my friends in Spain have this unit and we all have the same complaint. Material on the sofas is not up to standard. (We all have the Grey one)

Poor materialAnonymous reviewerOnly had this sofa a month after having a similar one from Ikea which lasted 10 years very comfortably. The material is already in a poor state bobbling and rough. Should it be used with covers or is this just cheap fabric? Not impressed after being so happy with my last one.
Still Going StrongAnonymous reviewerI bought this when I moved house to go into conservatory for daily sofa use and the occasional sofa bed usage. The storage is really handy and I bought the two extra cushions. 4 years later and still going strong, although cushions are beginning to lose its original grey colour.

The living room one lasted 4 years - then fabric sort of disintegrates - so I swopped it out for the unused one in the other room. Exactly 4 years later - fabric falling apart. So great sofa - 4 year life span.
