Down & feather duvets

Get comfy the natural way with feather and down duvets. The more down, the softer, warmer and lighter the quilt, while feathers draw away moisture to keep you nice and dry. Our duvets are machine-washable, and there's a range of warmth levels, so you can choose what suits you the best.

For more comfortable sleep we also have a range of feather pillows - it would be the same filling as you rest your head on the cloud (yeah, we love the sound of resting our head on the cloud).

Discover the comfort of down duvets

Looking for the ultimate in cosy bedding? For unparalleled warmth and comfort, our down duvets got you covered - quite literally. Or maybe you prefer feathers or wool? Either way, natural material duvets promise a cosy and restful night's sleep.

Which is better down or feather duvets?

When deciding between down and feather duvets, it’s essential to understand the key differences.

Down, known for its excellent insulation, is incredibly lightweight, providing a lofty feel without the bulk. On the other hand, feather filling is a more budget-friendly choice that still offers quality and comfort. While they may not match the insulating prowess of down, feather duvets still provide a cosy, warm experience. The distribution of down and feather in a duvet can tell you a lot about its heat-retaining capabilities and overall fluffiness.

What is the ideal tog rating for a down duvet?

The Thermal Overall Grade (TOG) rating of a duvet indicates its warmth, ranging from 1 tog (the coolest) to 15 tog (the warmest). For summer months, a duvet with a tog rating between 1 and 7 is perfect, keeping you cool and comfortable. During winter, a tog rating of 10.5 or higher is ideal for staying warm. If buying multiple duvets for different seasons isn't practical, a 7-10 TOG duvet is an excellent year-round compromise, offering warmth in winter and breathability in summer.

Embrace the benefits of natural materials duvets

Down, feather and wool provide excellent breathability and temperature regulation. This ensures that you stay warm in winter and cool in summer. Plus, natural materials are often more durable and sustainable compared to synthetic alternatives, making them a wise investment for your comfort.

What is the best way to maintain a down duvet?

Shake your duvet daily to keep the down evenly distributed and fluffy. Airing it out every few months helps maintain its freshness. When it comes to cleaning, always follow the care label instructions. Many down duvets can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle. Store your duvet in a breathable bag during the off-season to protect it from dust and moisture.
