I discovered that to flit these poles really well, the trick is to only put on one rubber end cap, size the pole in position and lock. Then add the other rubber end cap and the fit and this way, the spring in the middle works really well and the hold is excellent and of course, no tools needed. :-)

Stayed up so far and curtain glides smoothly. Easily removable after winter.
Used click and collect. Wednesbury store. Next day but fine if items not urgent. Went at 8am. Main store opens at 10am. Carpark empty, no queuing. Heavy rain didn't need to get out of car items brought to you.
