Soft close mechanism failedAnonymous reviewerI bought 2 sets of this hinges for a BESTA tall cabinet with 2 doors a month ago. Now one set of hinges for a door failed without soft close function. Checked that the plastic level responsible for soft close mechanism could not fully retreat to its original position resulting in lost of the function. Unfortunately the cost of replacing the set is so high that I would rather closing this door gently with care!2
