How can I make changes to my IKEA Food Click and Collect (Food to Go) or Click and Deliver order?
You cannot alter any of the details of your IKEA Food Service order. Please contact the store to cancel and rebook.
Once you have placed your order, you cannot change the content of your order or change the time or date of your collection or delivery.
If you have made a mistake or would like different items or quantities, or are unavailable for your chosen slot, you will need to cancel your order in full and place a new one. To do this, please contact the IKEA Birmingham store on the telephone number provided in your confirmation email (01216 255 240) at least twenty-four (24) hours before your slot.
