I paid in cash. Can I get a refund onto my card instead?
Payments in cash can only be refunded back to cash.
When paying in-store via cash, in the chance that you do return an item, the refund will need to be done via cash. This has to be arranged in-store.
Alternatively, we may be able to refund to an e-voucher if you prefer.
