The IKEA gift card or refund card is the property of its holder and is not associated with any type of owner identification. It is only possible to block the card if it can be fully verified and connected to an active IKEA Family account.
If the original purchaser is not known or cannot be verified, then IKEA handles these cards like cash and cannot block them if they get lost or stolen.
We unfortunately cannot offer replacement of a lost or stolen gift or refund card. Please refer to the Gift card information page or Gift card Terms & Conditions for more information.
Can a lost or stolen IKEA gift or refund card be blocked or replaced?
If you have lost your IKEA gift or refund card or someone else has used it without your permission, IKEA support can block the card to prevent any unwanted usage. However, lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
