There is a new 15-year guarantee for knives and also pots, pans and woks without a non-stick coating, which applies for these products purchased from 1st September, 2024.

From 1st September 2024, there is a new guarantee for knives and also pots, pans and woks without a non-stick coating, which applies for 15 years from the date of purchase. The original purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase.
