What's the status of my case?

As an IKEA Family Member you can check the status of all your cases in your purchase history.

You will be able to view the status of your case by viewing My Purchases. At the top of your purchase history you will find the Cases tab to the right of Purchases. Click on it to get an overview of all the cases connected to your IKEA Family profile.
