Can I borrow a wheelchair in your stores?
Yes, you can find them inside each store entrance area!
Yes, we offer a small number of loan wheelchairs! You can find this inside each store entrance area. Always remember to sign out and return the wheelchair once you've taken a look and bought your dream items in our store. Our wheelchairs are loaned out on a first-come, first serve basis.
Motorised scooter users are always welcome in our store, but they are not available for loan.
The following locations do not have wheelchairs available at this time: Brighton, Harlow, Norwich, Chester and the Plan and Order Point stores.
