What accessibility facilities are available at IKEA stores?

- Accessible Toilets – located in all public toilet block areas in each store.
- Assisted Shopping – request upon arrival at our Customer Services area. This service isnt available in Aberdeen, Harlow, or our Plan & Order Points.
- Assisted car loading - we are more than happy to assist you in the loading/unloading of goods to and from your vehicle. This service isn't available at Oxford Street.
- Hearing Loops – installed at numerous locations throughout each store as indicated by signage to assist hearing aid users by switching to T setting or hearing loop programme on their aids.
- Changing Facilities - we offer enhanced places to change children and adults in 14 of our stores. These facilities contain a changing bench and a hoist alongside standard accessible toilet facilities.
- Service Animals & Rest Points - all service animals are welcome in our stores. Our stores are equipped with many rest points including benches for when you need a break or simply want to ponder that purchase.
- Wheelchair trolleys - available in our stores with the exception of Aberdeen, Brighton, Chester, Hammersmith, Harlow, Norwich, Oxford Street, Warrington, and our Plan & Order Points.
