How do I order bigger spare parts?

If you'd like to order a bigger spare part or are unable to find the spare part number, you can reach out to Customer Service online or in IKEA stores.

 
You can order bigger spare parts if your requirement is due to a product fault within the product warranty period. If your product's warranty has expired or the fault is due to accidental damage outside of what is covered by your product warranty, we cannot provide bigger spare parts for your product at this time. Bigger spare parts that do not have 6-8 identification numbers require assistance from a co-worker to identify and order. 
How to place an order for bigger spare parts online? 
If your spare part need is covered by your product guarantee, you can contact IKEA Customer Service online to order bigger spare parts. A co-worker will help you identify the part you're missing and the availability of the part you need. If the part is in stock, they will help you complete the order and arrange the delivery for you. Please have your order number or receipt close at hand when reaching out to a co-worker. 
How to place an order for bigger spare parts in-store? 
If your spare part need is covered by your product guarantee and you choose to visit an IKEA store, make sure that you bring your purchase invoice or receipt with you. If you have used your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, you can also access your receipt by logging in and viewing My purchases. Once at the store, head to the Customer Service desk, usually located near the store entrance or exit. An IKEA co-worker will assist you in identifying the missing part. If the part is in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. If not, the co-worker can help arrange a home delivery for you when the part is in stock.
How do I order bigger spare parts for discontinued products? 
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, please type "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call IKEA Customer Service on 01733 520006. A co-worker will help you to check for the parts you need and their availability and order them for you if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out.
What are the delivery options available for bigger spare parts? 
Larger spare parts will be delivered to your home. This can take up to 14 days and is free of charge.
How to track the order? 
Depending on how the part is being sent to you, you will either be able to track your delivery through a tracking link sent when the part is dispatched, or you will be advised that you can contact us, and quote the order number provided by email when the order is placed, to check on the progress of your bigger spare part order if the expected delivery window has elapsed.
