I purchased a product on Family Card offer, but forgot to swipe my card. Can I get a partial refund?
As long as you meet the relevant requirements and the offer is still active, we can offer a refund of the price difference if you claim within 7 days.
Purchased a product that had an active Family Card offer*, but forgot to swipe your card? Not to worry.
Here at IKEA, we will give you a refund of the price difference to a Digital Refund Card if you claim within 7 days while the offer is still active, as long as you meet the relevant requirements of the offer.
Due to this being a Family Card offer, we will process this as a refund which will be processed back to a Digital Refund Card.
*This does not apply to 'New Lower Price' items.
We currently do not offer "price matching" for prices that have changed under the New Lower Price. We will only offer the above Family Card if the customer had forgotten to swipe and the item was and is still on the current Family Card offer.
Please see above for Family Card related details.
