Products purchased from the IKEA Re-shop and Re-use section can be returned to any main IKEA store in accordance with the IKEA 365 day returns policy.
Items bought from IKEA Re-shop and Re-use section can be returned according to the IKEA 365-day return policy and your refund will be issued on an IKEA refund card. If your product isn't in the same condition as you purchased it, you may be offered a lower return value or a value onto a refund card.
