Venetian blinds that let you play with light

Venetian blinds are a smart, flexible way to control how light and privacy work in your home. With their simple horizontal slats, you can tilt them just so to let in a soft glow or block out the sun completely. They’re easy to adjust, easy to live with and they suit almost any room, from kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms and living rooms.

Among the range, white venetian blinds are especially popular, bringing a fresh, timeless look that brightens up the room while staying understated.

Why choose venetian blinds over other window coverings? It comes down to control and versatility. Unlike curtains or roller blinds, venetian blinds let you fine-tune the light in a room rather than just opening or closing it off.

How to Install Venetian Blinds

  1. Mark Mounting Points: Decide on inside or over-frame mounting, then hold the blind in place and mark level bracket positions. Always refer to your manual for specific measurements or requirements.
  2. Secure Mounting Brackets: Check the wall for hidden wires or pipes before drilling. Drill pilot holes at your marked spots, insert suitable wall plugs, and then securely attach the mounting brackets using your screwdriver.
  3. Mount the Blind: Align the blind's headrail with the installed brackets and push it firmly until it clicks securely into place.
  4. Test Operation: Operate the blind to ensure it raises, lowers, and tilts smoothly and correctly.
