I have lost my Business account card: what should I do?

Report the missing Business account card without delay to IKEA Oy by e-mail to luotonvalvonta@ikea.com or by phone.

The loss of the business account card must be reported to IKEA Oy without delay by e-mail or telephone. After notification, the business account card will be closed and cannot be used for purchases. IKEA Oy will deliver a new card with a new customer number to the company. If the card is found later, it must be delivered to IKEA Oy, cut in half, to the address below. The company is responsible for all purchases made with a business account card until the loss is reported.
