What is the PIN code of my hei-card?
The PIN code is set on the hei-card through the My Account service, so no one knows it except the person who set the code.
The PIN code can be set on the hei card in Ikano Bank's My Account service, which can be accessed by logging in with your online banking credentials on the page IKEA-rahoitus in the upper right corner.
If you have forgotten your PIN code, you can set a new PIN code for your card in the My Account service under "Card details". The new PIN code is valid immediately.
