How can I reclaim a forgotten purchase or personal item?
You can inquire about lost purchases or personal items from the Exchange and return service at our store or from chat.
Best way to find your lost belongings or purchases is to visit Exchange and return service at our store. If you are not able to to visit the store, you can Contact us, and we will make a query about your lost item to the store.
When contacting us regarding a lost item, please provide us the following information:
- What store did you visit and the date (+ time) of visitation
- Possible location of the lost item in store (if it is known)
- Description of the lost item
Our stores will store any lost items worth under 20 euros for one month from the time it has been located in our store. All items worth over 20 euros will be counted as valuable items, and by law those have to be handed over to local Police station in two weeks after being located in our store. Valuable items are for example watches, jewellery, eye- and sunglasses and mobile phones. Valuable items also count all payment methods, including cash, payment cards and vouchers.
