What payment options can I use?
You can pay with different payment options online and in store.
In our online store you can pay with gift card, compensation card, online bank, MobilePay, credit card or in instalments.
In IKEA stores, restaurants and planning studios you can pay with bank- and credit cards, gift- and compensation card, in installments and IKEA Business account card. You are also able to pay with cash in store and in our restaurant. In our restaurants you are able to pay with lunch card and vouchers. Please note, that these are only accepted in our restaurants and not in Herkkutori.
The Lahti store does not accept cash and lunch vouchers.

Read moreIf your product breaks while transporting it to your home or during assembly, you may be able to use the one-time “Oops-insurance” to get the product replaced for free, if you used your IKEA Family card while purchasing the product. If the card wasn’t used, the protection unfortunately doesn’t apply, but you can still explore paid repair or replacement options.
