I have lost my IKEA Family card, what should I do?

IKEA Family card is only in digital format nowadays.

IKEA Family Card is now available only digitally, in line with our sustainability values. We have developed several convenient ways to use IKEA Family offers without a plastic card, making it easy to identify as a member!

Identify with your phone number

The simplest way to identify as an IKEA Family member is by providing the phone number linked to your customer account at the checkout. The phone number should be in the format +358xxxxxxxxx in your member profile.

Log in to your member account or download the IKEA app

You can see your IKEA Family card by logging into your member account on the page Login or through the IKEA app. If you have subscribed to our IKEA Family newsletter via email, your IKEA Family card will also appear at the end of each newsletter.
