Pricing
Collect from an IKEA location or a IKEA location pickup locker is free for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members when the minimum order value is met, otherwise the price is 2.90€. Collecting from an external pickup point or a locker at a pickup point (3-day pick-up time) starts at 19€ and Collect from an external pick-up point (1-hour pickup time) starts at 9.90€.
Service schedule
Collect from IKEA location: In some stores, you can collect your order on the same day or the next. We will inform you of the estimated date and time when you place your order. When your order is ready for pick-up, we will send you a notification and instructions by email. When you collect your order from a location, you can pick up your order within three (3) days according to opening hours.
When should I choose the Collect from IKEA location service?
The Collect from IKEA location service gives you flexibility: we collect the order for you and you can collect it whenever it suits you best.
Collect from IKEA location pickup locker: In some stores, you can collect your order from the store's pickup locker on the same day or the following day. We will inform you of the estimated date and time when placing the order. When the order is ready for pick-up, we will send you a text message containing the code to the locker. When collecting your order from the store locker, you can pick it up 24/7 within two (2) days.
Collect from external pickup point or external pickup point locker: You can choose the most suitable pick-up time for you from the available time slots. After receiving the pick-up notification, you can collect your order within three (3) business days. The pick-up points serve according to their own opening hours, while the lockers are available 24/7. See the pick-up points opening hours. In some cities, the option to Collect from an external pickup point (1-hour pickup time) is available, which allows you to pick up your order within this hour.
Minimum order value
When picking up from a store or a locker at a store, there is no minimum value for orders, but in this case the service is 2.90€. If the minimum order value is met, pick-up from an IKEA location or a locker at the store is free of charge for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members. When picking up an order from an external pickup point or a locker at an external pickup point, the minimum order value must be 15€.
