What are the general delivery restrictions and requirements?
To ensure that your delivery is successful, you must provide a safe, clear, and adequate space for your products to be delivered by the delivery company. If your delivery is going to a higher floor than ground level (i.e. an apartment), sufficient access via stairs or an elevator is required. While most IKEA products can be delivered, some fragile, oversized, or seasonal items may have restrictions.
- For residential apartments or homes with multiple levels, the delivery driver will deliver the order to your apartment when you have chosen the Delivery to your address - carried inside -service. In Delivery to your address - handover from delivery truck the driver will handout your order from the delivery truck
- Deliveries are unable to be made to P.O. Box addresses or any addresses which are deemed to have unsafe access (such as worksites for incomplete residential or commercial premises).

This option is for you, if you value flexibility and you are able to carry the goods inside yourself. The delivery partner will drive the truck as near as possible and will handout the order near the truck. Bare in mind, the deliver will assess safety and accessibility and due to this might not be able to drive all the way up to the door.
