How do you deliver parcel orders?
We deliver parcel orders to pick-up points as well as home parcels directly to your door.
We deliver parcel orders both to Posti pickup points and as Home parcels directly to your door, saving you the trouble of collecting them yourself.
Parcel delivery to a Posti pickup point:
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days (preliminary).
- Pickup point selection: You can choose the most suitable pickup point based on your postal code in the shopping cart.
- Notification: You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at the pickup point.
- Minimum order value: 20€.
- Delivery price: 4.90€ for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network customers; regular price 6,90€.
- Weight limit: Maximum weight 25 kg.
Parcel delivery to your door:
- Estimated delivery time: You select a preliminary delivery date in the shopping cart. Closer to the delivery date, you will receive a message allowing you to choose the exact delivery time.
- Minimum order value: 20€.
- Delivery price: 9.90€ for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network customers; regular price 14.90€.
- Weight limit: Maximum weight 35 kg.

The delivery time stated for Posti Home Parcel and pickup point deliveries is an estimate. The delivery time shown in the order confirmation is preliminary, and the more precise delivery time will be confirmed later in a separate notification.
