How is your customer service available and open?
Here you'll find our contact information and opening hours. We're open almost every day, and chatbot Aava is available to help you at any time.
Our customer service is available via IKEA chat, contact form (in Finnish), phone and Facebook. If you contact us through the contact form, we will respond to you within approximately 5 weekdays. You are welcome to visit our stores, our customer service can assist with all matters.
The quickest way to contact our customer service is via chat.
