Does the Courier contact me before the delivery?

Different regions have different delivery services, some of delivery services call the customer 15-30 minutes before they arrive with your order. You will find from your order confirmation, if the courier will contact you before the delivery arrives.

To order the 'Delivery to your address - carried inside' service, add the desired products to the shopping cart and select 'Delivery to your address - carried inside' as the delivery option at checkout. Enter the delivery address and any more detailed delivery information, choose your preferred delivery time and confirm the order. You will receive an order confirmation by email and delivery details by SMS. On the delivery day, make sure that the transport company has unobstructed access to your home and that your order fits in the desired place. Also make sure that there is an adult on site to receive the order. An employee of the transport company will leave the order in the room of your choice. If there are any problems with the order (such as a missing or damaged product), please inform the driver immediately on site and contact IKEA customer service.
