The furniture is made of acacia, a naturally durable and sturdy hardwood because of the high density of its wood fibers.

Made from durable and renewable acacia from more sustainable sources.

For added durability and so you can enjoy the natural expression of the wood, the furniture has been pre-treated with a layer of transparent wood stain.

  • Use VÅRDA wood stain, for outdoor-use when re-staining the furniture.

    Different wall materials require different types of fasteners. Use fasteners suitable for the walls in your home.

    Only recommended for outdoor use.

  • Material

    Solid acacia wood, Acrylic stain

    Care

    Clean: Use a mild soapy solution. Wipe dry with a clean dry cloth.

    Maintenance: To prevent the surface from drying out and cracking, and moisture from penetrating into the wood, we recommend you to re-stain the furniture on a regular basis, for example once or twice a year.

Great but smells funnyCaraHonestly great stand. Super easy to put together by yourself. If you wanted it to be 100% level you might want an extra person, but I don’t feel like anything is going to slide off or anything so dramatic. Literally the only reason this gets less than 5 stars is because the wood smells oddly like cat-pee. I don’t know how else to describe it, but there was an overwhelming scent when I opened the package and it has lingered (but mellowed a bit) for the past week. But it’s the perfect size and I otherwise love it. 4

Screws don't screw in!DorotaI purchased this corner unit based on good reviews. Unfortunately, during the assembly process I got stuck on the second step when you have to screw four of the screws into the frame. Only one of them went in and the three out of four screws got stuck half way through inside of the predrilled holes. I double checked the way I assembled the frame and also double checked if I chose the right screws, so I can attest that all the parts were right. Returning. I'm just upset I will have to pay $20 for Lift to drive the unit back to Ikea as I don't want to take it on the bus.1
