The price of our kitchen installation service depends on the number of units and appliances that make up your new IKEA kitchen. We do not fit or connect non-IKEA sinks, taps or U-bends. Use the information below to estimate your total cost of installation and understand what’s included. You will receive a more accurate quote when you book.

How the kitchen installation service works

1. Kitchen planning
   Start planning your kitchen today. Use the IKEA Kitchen Planner to get started on your own, or schedule a free consultation with a kitchen specialist. The consultation will take place in-store or online via video call. Together, you’ll turn your ideas into a project that’s both practical and stylish. 
2. Schedule the pre-visit
   Ready to take the next step? Discuss the final details of your project with a kitchen specialist and schedule your pre-visit together. The pre-visit costs 129€. You’ll immediately schedule your next appointment for a follow-up meeting after the pre-visit, as well as to place the final order and arrange installation.
3. Pre-visit
   A technician will visit your home to verify all measurements in detail. This ensures your kitchen will fit perfectly and helps you avoid any unpleasant surprises later on. For more details, please refer to the terms and conditions.
4. Schedule the Kitchen Installation
   You review the results of the pre-visit with the specialist. You discuss any necessary modifications to the plumbing, walls, or floors, etc. You approve the design, place the final order, and prepare for delivery and installation. During this appointment, you will pay the full price for your kitchen and services.
5. Prepare for the installation
   Prepare your installation in advance. After the pre-visit, you received a technical plan and a checklist of items to consider. Need additional information? You’ll find all the technical details conveniently compiled here.
6. Delivery
   Kitchen installation is always sold together with delivery to a room of your choice near the installation area. Read all the details about the delivery service here.
7. Kitchen installation
   You can trust our professionals to handle the installation. They will install your kitchen in accordance with the strictest quality standards. All you’ll have to do is admire the final result. For more details, please refer to our terms and conditions.
8. Finishing the kitchen installation
   The installer will leave the premises tidy and remove the packaging materials.  Be sure to keep your manuals and spare parts in a safe place.
9. Not finished after all?
   We strive to complete your kitchen in a single visit, but sometimes we may need to return a second time. Don’t worry. The installer will document everything in a report, and we’ll contact you to schedule the next steps.
10. Worktops and wall panels
    Did you choose a made-to-measure quartz, ceramic or glass worktop and/or wall panels? In that case, we’ll contact you to coordinate the follow-up and installation, ensuring everything is done perfectly.
11. Enjoy
    It’s time to celebrate your new kitchen, share it with others, and enjoy your new space. Thanks to our generous product warranties, you can cook with peace of mind.
