The IKEA delivery service saves you time and energy you can better spend doing something fun rather than driving through a downpour: like singing in the rain, say! Whether you buy cups online or a sofa in store, you only pay for the services you choose to make your life easier.
Delivery: options and pricing
How soon your shopping arrives depends on the size of your order, the availability of your chosen products, where you want them delivered and overall demand for the service. When you shop online or when you book delivery in store you will be able to choose from the various delivery options, each with an estimated delivery term and an exact price. You simply choose the option that best suits you... and your budget. Minimum order amount for delivery is €20 (before discounts).

Parcel delivery
Ideal for smaller orders of decorative items or accessories, such as photo frames, pendants and textiles. You can choose the date of the delivery.

- The option will be displayed during the ordering process provided the criteria are met.

Delivery to the front door of your house or building from 29,90€
We pick all your articles in store. Our transport partner delivers them in front of your chosen address. Ideal for small furniture you can easily carry indoors yourself. As soon as the delivery schedule is confirmed you’ll be given a two-hour delivery timeslot and a link to track your shipment.

- Our transport partner can deliver your order 6 stairs from street level to the front door of your house. If there are more, then your order will be delivered before the stairs.

Delivery to a room of your choice from 99,90€
Ideal for the delivery of electrical appliances and large pieces of furniture that cannot be left in front of your home, such as beds and wardrobes. We pick articles of any size for delivery to a single specific room of your choice on an upper floor. As soon as the delivery schedule is confirmed you’ll be given a two-hour delivery timeslot and a link to track your shipment.

Express delivery from 40€ (no picking service, only available in some stores)
You pick your shopping off the shelves and our partner delivers it the same day or next day in front of your home. You’ll be given a two-hour delivery timeslot and a link to track your shipment.
- Price from 40€, see the price list for individual stores.
- The exact price depends on the distance between the store and your home and the total weight of your order (blocks of 500kg).
- You pay the transport service at the store exit directly.
- Delivery term: same day or next day.
- Maximum weight of the order: 500kg
- Depending on the store, you will be able to leave your shopping with the partner or you will have to load it into the van yourself and unload it when you arrive at your destination.
- Deliveries are only possible across a limited delivery area.

How does the IKEA delivery service work?
- Add your shopping to your cart, select the country of delivery (Belgium or Luxembourg) and enter your postcode.
- The system will display the available delivery options, term and price. You can choose a different timeslot in the event of delivery by truck.
- Once your payment has been accepted you will receive an order confirmation email with all the order details, including the scheduled delivery date.
- When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a parcel tracking number.
- Ensure you are there to sign for delivery if this is required. You will be asked for a digital signature.
- Check the number and condition of the packages you receive. If you notice any damage, please contact us.
Good to know
- In the event of delivery by truck you should always ensure parking space of at least 15m in length (the equivalent of 3 cars) in front of your house. If your order is delivered with an external elevator, please provide at least 25 m (the equivalent of 5 cars). If necessary, do not forget to request a parking ban from your local government or local police.
- In the event of delivery by truck, you should give us as much information as you can, such as the parking situation, any accessibility issues and any access and weight restrictions with regard to a delivery to an upper floor.
- Take care to ascertain that all doors, hallways, stairs and lifts in your home or building are wide enough to accommodate all packages. Check the “Package details” on the individual product pages.
- If you expect a delivery to a room of your choice, make the passage to the room as clear as possible.
- We want to deliver your goods in the best quality that is why potted plants, food products and drinks are only sold in store and are not available for delivery. Beside this, certain seasonal items and special collections are not available for delivery.
