How can I use a reward from IKEA Family?
Use your reward online, in-store or via customer service, depending on the type of reward selected.
Where can I use my reward?
It depends on the type:
- Product rewards → valid online, in-store, or through customer service (with a minimum spend)
- Service rewards → only apply to the services mentioned in the reward details
- Food rewards → can only be used in IKEA stores in our restaurants or bistros
Rewards can’t be used to buy gift cards.
How do I know exactly what I can choose?
Can I use multiple rewards at once?
In-store rewards allow you to redeem multiple rewards during the same visit. On the website or app, you can only redeem one reward per order.
