Where can I find my IKEA Kreativ scans and designs?
After completing a scan in IKEA Kreativ, you will receive an email as soon as your room is ready to be designed. Your scans are accessible both in the IKEA mobile app and on the IKEA.com website.
- Open the IKEA app.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Tap the Profile icon (person) in the top left corner.
- Select Settings.
- Scroll down and choose IKEA Kreativ.
- Tap Saved Rooms.
Browse your scans and select the room you want to design on IKEA.com.
- Go to IKEA.com.
- Open the Designs & Planning section.
- Go to ways to start
- Under My scans & designs, access your scanned rooms ready to be edited.
