Can I return a product to a bpost collection point?

You can return your items to a bpost point. Register your return online, use the label you will receive by email and drop off your package within 14 days. Return via an IKEA locker is not possible.

You can return your items to a bpost point. To do this, you must first register your return. You will then receive a label by email. All you have to do is drop off your parcel at a bpost point within 14 days. This service is only available in Belgium. Your package cannot exceed a weight of 30 kg or dimensions of 150 cm in length, 45 cm in width and 30 cm in height. The cost is €5.99 per package.
The General return conditions apply (365 days, product in good condition, proof of purchase, specific exclusions such as plants, fabrics by the meter, etc.).
