How do I change the date of my appointment for consulting and scheduling services?

Sometimes our plans change. Don't worry, you can always reschedule your appointment.

To change your appointment, you have the following options:
  • Open the confirmation email you received after booking your appointment. Follow the link in your confirmation email and reschedule your appointment. 
  • Go to our self-service portal. Have your order number and the email address you used when ordering and follow the steps. 
  • The above options don't work? Contact us!
You can change your appointment up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
