How do I cancel my appointment date for consulting and scheduling services?
Sometimes our plans change. Don't worry, you can always cancel your appointment.
To cancel your appointment, you have the following options:
- Open the confirmation email you received after booking your appointment. Follow the link in your confirmation email and cancel your appointment.
- Go to our self-service portal. Have your order number and the email address you used when ordering and follow the steps.
- The above options don't work? Contact us!
Cancellation of your appointment is possible up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment.
