How do I attach a PAX wardrobe to the wall?
Safety is very important for us at IKEA. Therefore, we advise you to secure your furniture to the wall. You can secure you PAX wardrobe to the wall with the enclosed wall fastener.
To ensure safety we advise to attach all closets and wardrobes sold by IKEA to a wall. Different wall materials require different types of fixing devices. Use fixing devices suitable for the walls in your home.
Our TRIXIG screws and plugs set offers a variety of screws and wall plugs for use in walls made of wood, plaster, concrete and brick. Ensure you’re using the correct fixing devices for your wall material. This set is sold separately.
