What is the status of my IKEA return?
Find out how to check the status of an IKEA return or complaint online. Log in to your IKEA Family account and keep track of all your open cases.
Have you started a return or complaint and would like to know how far it has progressed? You can check the current status online at any time in your IKEA account.
How it works
- Log in to your IKEA Family profile and open your purchase overview.
- Under the “Cases” tab, you will find all open and completed returns linked to your profile.
- Select the relevant case to view the current processing status of your return or complaint.
Tip
If you have not yet registered for IKEA Family, you can do so free of charge. This allows you to keep track of your purchases, returns and credit balances at any time.
