As IKEA Family Member you can check all your returns & other refund cases right in your purchase history.
Are you an IKEA Family Member and have an open return or other refund case?
Then look up the status of all your open cases right in your purchase history right in your purchase history.
At the top of your purchase history you will find the tab Cases to the right of Purchases. Klick on it to get an overview of all the cases connected to your IKEA Family profile.
