How can I make a complaint about a product or service?
We apologize that there is cause for complaint. The quickest way to get a replacement for your faulty product (except for household appliances) is to visit an IKEA store.
It doesn't matter where you bought your product at IKEA in Austria.
Please bring the product or the affected item together with your invoice, receipt or delivery bill to the customer service desk in any IKEA store. There you will be given the desired product.
If you are unable to visit your IKEA store, click here and we'll help you personally.
Is it an electrical appliance? In order to offer you the best possible service quickly, we work with specialised partners throughout Austria. You can find the contact information of the manufacturer of your electrical appliance here.
Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family Card if you used it when purchasing). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
