How can I make a complaint about an IKEA product or service?
We’re sorry that you have a reason to make a complaint. For most IKEA products, the quickest way to receive a replacement is to visit an IKEA store. Different support applies to household appliances.

Please bring proof of purchase

- or your delivery note

- Mattresses can only be returned within the 90-day mattress trial.
- Appliances can only be returned in their original packaging.
