Right of withdrawal
For online and telephone orders, you can change your mind at any time. You have the right to cancel your contract up to 14 days after delivery of the last item – free of charge and with no hassle. You can cancel the entire order or just individual items.
This right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, perishable goods, and items that were delivered sealed for hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken. Please also carefully inspect the items you wish to return – we cannot accept soiled, stained, or damaged products.
We will refund the purchase price of the cancelled items as well as the standard delivery costs. If you would like us to collect the goods, a collection fee may apply. Where possible, we will deduct this directly from your refund. The amount of the fee depends on your location.
During the cancellation process, you can choose the return option that suits you best.

Simply use the Express Returns service in-store or arrange your own return online via a courier or parcel service.
You can return IKEA items within 365 days, provided they are undamaged and unused. If you collect points for a purchase as an IKEA Family member but then return the goods, we will deduct the points for the returned goods. You can find further information in the IKEA Family Terms and Conditions (German).
Express returns at the store
Use the free express returns service at the Customer Service desk in your store. To keep your waiting time for returns at the store as short as possible, you can register your return in advance. To do so, please fill in the returns form below.
Returns via courier or parcel service
For returns via courier or parcel service, you can simply use the returns form.
Claims
If your order is incomplete or contains damaged items, you can easily submit a complaint yourself in just a few steps via the link below, or visit the customer service desk at your local IKEA store.
Check your invoice
Do you need a copy of your receipt or a VAT invoice? As an IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network member, you can view your receipts yourself at any time.
