Is it possible to test products at home and return them if I am not satisfied?

You have the right to test all products within 365 days.

If they do not meet your expectations, we will gladly take them back if they are in a moderate and saleable condition. You can find more information here.

Please note: Returns and claims can only be made with proof of purchase (invoice, order number or your IKEA Family card if you used it at the time of purchase). Excluded are mattresses (which can only be returned within the 90-day sleep trial period) and electrical appliances (which are only accepted in unused condition; unused = not connected).
