What is the return policy for products purchased from the IKEA Second Life Shop?
With a few exceptions, products purchased from the IKEA Second Life Shop can be returned under IKEA’s 365-day return policy.
Products purchased from the IKEA Second Life Shop can generally be returned within 365 days.
The following are excluded:
- Second Life Buyback Service items
- mattresses
- electrical appliances
1. What do you need for a return?
Proof of purchase is required for the return.
You can use:
- your receipt
- or your IKEA Family card, provided that you used it when making the purchase
2. How will you receive your refund?
If the return conditions are met, you will receive a refund of the full purchase price.
The refund will be issued on an IKEA refund card.
3. What applies to Second Life Buyback Service items?
Items purchased through the Second Life Buyback Service in the Second Life Shop can only be returned through a new buyback.
The regular Second Life Buyback Service process applies.
4. What condition must the product be in?
The product must be in the same condition as when it was purchased.
Please note: If the product has been modified by you or is no longer complete, it is excluded from return.
