What is the return policy for products purchased from the IKEA Second Life Shop?
With a few exceptions, products purchased from the IKEA Second Life Shop can be returned under IKEA's 365-day return policy.
With a few exceptions (second life buy-back items, mattresses and electrical appliances), articles that are available in the IKEA "Second Life Shop" can be returned according to IKEA's 365-day return policy. You will receive the full purchase price back in the form of a prepaid card. Proof of purchase is required for returns (invoice or your IKEA Family card if you used it during the purchase).
Second Life Buyback Service Items that you purchase in the Second Life Shop can only be returned with a buyback (via the regular Second Life Buyback Service process).
If your product is no longer in the same condition (modified by you, incomplete), it is excluded from return.
