When will I receive my refund?
Usually you will receive your refund within a few working days.
Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of the returned items or after canceling your online order. The same goes for orders that have been returned to us by one of our shipping partners.
It usually takes 3 to 10 working days for the amount to be refunded. Did you pay for your order with a gift card or refund card? In that case you will receive a new refund card by e-mail within a few working days.
If you paid in cash at the store, we will be happy to arrange a bank transfer in the event of a return or cancellation. Please note that bank account transfers usually take 4-6 weeks.
