When will I receive my IKEA refund?
You will usually receive your IKEA refund within a few working days. How long it takes and how you receive it depends on your original payment method.
How long does the refund take?
- Card payment (debit or credit card):
The refund is automatically credited to the same account used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, it may take 3–10 working days for the amount to appear. - PayPal or Klarna:
The amount is automatically refunded to your PayPal or Klarna account or original payment method. - IKEA gift card or refund card:
The refund is credited back to the same card. You can check the balance online or at an IKEA store at any time. - Cash payment:
At an IKEA store, the refund can be paid out in cash.
For online complaints relating to a purchase made in an IKEA store, the refund may be issued via an IKEA refund card or bank transfer. In individual cases, a bank transfer may take 4–6 weeks.
