Do I need a proof of purchase for returns and how will the refund be made?
For returns, the original receipt or proof of purchase is required. Refunds will always be made via the original payment method.
- Date of purchase
- IKEA store where the purchase was made
- Exact amount of the purchase amount
- The last four digits of the card used (for payments made via digital wallets, these may differ from those of the physical card)
