I have chosen Klarna as my payment method. What do I have to do if I want to return items from my order?
Pause your Klarna invoice and register the return with Klarna.
Please inform Klarna immediately by pausing the invoice in the Klarna app or via the link in your Klarna invoice. You can do this by clicking on “Report a return” or “Report a complaint” in the app.
