How will I receive my IKEA refund?
Your refund will usually be issued via the same payment method you used for your purchase or, depending on the situation, on an IKEA refund card.
How it works
- Return with proof of purchase:
If you can provide a receipt, order number or your IKEA Family card, we will refund the amount to your original payment method. If you prefer, we can also issue the refund on an IKEA refund card. - Change of mind:
If you return an item because you have changed your mind, the refund will depend on the condition of the product.
